When contacted by our staff at the airport, you can wait an approximate time of 40 minutes before boarding the vehicle that will take you to your hotel. This service is shared with guests from other hotels and different flights, so it can take 3 stops before arriving at your hotel. If you have departure service arranged, you should confirm your pickup time with our representative 48 hrs in advance. The pick-up time is non-changeable. For domestic flights, we recommend arriving 2 hours before departure, and for international flights, we recommend arriving 3 hours before departure. Therefore, your service will be scheduled up to 5-6 hours before your flight's departure time.  Infants under 2 years old travel free of charge; however, please note that they will not have an assigned seat and must sit on their parents' laps.
